Republican National Committee (RNC) Chairman Michael Steele today announced the appointment of Maryland National Committeeman Louis Pope as Chairman of the RNC Budget Committee and Illinois National Committeeman Pat Brady and Oregon State Chairman Bob Tiernan as members of the RNC Budget Committee.
