HarVest Bank of Maryland has signed a lease for its third branch at 7910 Woodmont Avenue in Bethesda, John P. Hollerbach, president and CEO of the Rockville community bank, said Wednesday.

The 1,683-square-foot branch is expected to open by late November and be staffed by four employees, he said.

Bethesda has branches from banks based outside Maryland, as well as those headquartered in Bethesda, and there is room for another community bank’s presence, he said.
